I’m a mom of two incredible boys who have inspired my work as a birth professional. I’m a lover of intentional parenting, spiritual growth, embodied movement, and all things holistic living.

My work's mission is to help you overcome your birth fears and self doubts through childbirth education, Hypnosis techniques and soul work, so that you can step into birth feeling confident that you have all the tools you need to navigate the journey ahead! 

My passion lies in supporting people on their journey to an empowering birth and truly believe that the way in which we welcome our babies into the world, has a deep and meaningful impact on both the child and parent’s lives.
